Hello, hello! I’m Tracey, a designer who works with solopreneurs, coaches, counsellors, creatives and other independent professionals. After two decades in the agency world, I now focus on 1-1 collaborations — designing websites that reflect your work and values with clarity, strategy, and ease. You know your work deserves to be seen clearly. I help you translate it into a digital presence that feels as considered as your work is.

Foundational websites

A clear, cohesive online presence built around your work and goals.

Typically 1–6 pages, this is ideal for independent professionals & creatives who want a thoughtfully designed website without unnecessary complexity. Together, we’ll shape a site that establishes credibility, communicates what you do with clarity, and gives you a foundation to grow over time.

  • All small website design projects include the following.

    • Guided exploration of goals, brand & content

    • Support with domain name purchase, setup and website platform subscription

    • Support with custom email setup

    • Help determining content strategy (how your content is structured into pages and sections)

    • Initial design exploration via visual style briefs

    • A site “logo” as a simple wordmark in one of the website fonts

    • Guidance and editing support for copy (writing)

    • A responsive website that meets basic SEO (website & page descriptions, alt text, image naming, etc.) and accessibility standards

    • Training on how to update the site and content in future.

    • Regular, scheduled Zoom or Google meeting availability over the course of your project timeline.

    • 30 days of post-launch support

    Additional services or implementations needed are determined following a discovery call.

  • Pricing for 1–6 page websites ranges from $1800–$4000 CAD, with an average around $2800 CAD. Price is largely dependent on how many pages you need for your site, as well as any complexities around how you will want to manage and update the site moving forward.

    After an initial free consultation to better understand your needs, I will send you a proposal that includes a breakdown of your project details and all associated costs.

Consulting & larger sites

  • After an initial free consultation to better understand your needs, I will send you a proposal that includes a breakdown of your project details and all associated projects costs.

    Custom website designs typically start at $4500 CAD and increase in cost depending on complexity, functionality needs, and number of pages.

    Hourly consulting is $150/hr.

  • My primary focus is working with solopreneurs, coaching, health & wellness practitioners, consultants, writers and designers.

    I also work with small businesses and community organizations on custom-packaged website design and website maintenance projects . If that’s you, please reach out and we can chat!

  • In terms of new website designs I am currently offering websites designed and built using subscription-based web builders. I typically recommend Squarespace or Webflow depending on your needs. That said, I have just started working with Framer as well so am happy to jump into that framework with you!

    I do not design websites in Wordpress. If you are looking for a website designed in Wordpress I recommend finding a design partner who specializes in it.

  • A project, regardless of size, typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. That said, I'm open to adjusting the project pace to meet you where you are, should you need something faster, or want space and time to move more slowly.

  • For new websites, how much time/effort will depend on the package you are choosing. The bulk of your work will be writing the content for your site and gathering any visual assets to be included on it. For a 4-6 page site anticipate anywhere from 10-30 hours to do this work.

  • While my main focus is designing websites I may be open to other work (e.g., designing books is a delight!) OR I know some talented folks who I can connect you with to tackle other design projects. So don’t hesitate to reach out and I’ll see how I can support.

  • 50% is paid up front, 50% paid upon the completion of the work.

    Clients outside of Canada will be charged in CAD with an added 6% surcharge to account for international payment processing and credit card fees.

    I accept payment via credit card internationally. If you are located in Canada I prefer to accept payments via Interac Direct Transfer.

  • I’m located in Vancouver, Canada. While most of my clients are from Canada and the US I'd love to work with you wherever you are!
