I spent 26 years in the agency world of digital design, leading creative design and UX teams on large-scale projects with universities, governments and public institutions. While the work I’m focussing on now looks quite different in terms of project size, at the heart, the questions are the same: Who are you (uniquely), who are the people you are engaging, what is at the core of that relationship, and how might you best communicate who you are and serve people’s needs in the digital space?
