My name is Tracey. After more than two decades working inside the agency world of digital design, I made the decision to step away from large-scale, high-complexity projects to focus on something different — supporting individuals, small businesses, and creative teams who want a website that truly reflects their work and values.
Using platforms like Squarespace and Webflow, I bring a streamlined, intentional approach to building websites — combining proven strategy with flexible tools to make the process more cost-effective, efficient, and genuinely collaborative.
The best part of my work is getting to know people and their stories. It’s a privilege to partner with individuals who bring such a variety of interests, passions, and expertise to the table. I deeply respect the trust each client places in my hands — and in the process we move through together.

Redefining what I offer
After a few years of offering two set design packages, I'm currently reworking how I structure my services — aiming to more effectively align with the needs of creative, purpose-driven people and businesses. While that process is underway, you’ll find some general information below about how we could build together. One-page sites
A great fit for focused personal brands and initial launches.
4-6 page sites
Ideal for people or businesses needing
deeper storytelling and structure.
Custom projects
For when your needs don’t fit a typical mold, or are larger than 6 pages.
All projects include the following.
Guided exploration of goals, brand & content
Support with setting up domain name and website platform subscription
Support in determining content strategy (how your content is organized into pages and sections on the website)
Initial design exploration by way of visual style briefs
A site “logo” as a simple wordmark in one of the website fonts, if needed
Guidance and editing support for copy (writing), if needed
A website optimized for various screen sizes, incorporating basic SEO and accessibility standards
Training on how to update the site and content in future.
Regular, scheduled Zoom or Google meeting availability over the course of your project timeline.
A set-time of post-launch support
Additional services or implementations needed are determined following a discovery call.
The investment for 1-6 page websites is typically $1800-$4500, with an average cost of $3000. Custom projects vary in price depending on need.
All work is price-quoted prior to beginning.

My primary focus is working with solopreneurs, coaching, health & wellness practitioners, consultants, writers and designers.

In terms of new website designs I am currently offering websites designed and built using subscription-based web builders. I typically recommend Squarespace or Webflow depending on your needs. That said, I have just started working with Framer as well so am happy to jump into that framework with you!
I do not design websites in Wordpress. If you are looking for a website designed in Wordpress I recommend finding a design partner who specializes in it.

A project, regardless of size, typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. That said, I'm open to adjusting the project pace to meet you where you are, should you need something faster, or want space and time to move more slowly.

For new websites, how much time/effort will depend on the package you are choosing. The bulk of your work will be writing the content for your site and gathering any visual assets to be included on it. For a 4-6 page site anticipate anywhere from 10-30 hours to do this work.

While my main focus is designing websites I may be open to other work (e.g., designing books is a delight!) OR I know some talented folks who I can connect you with to tackle other design projects. So don’t hesitate to reach out and I’ll see how I can support.

50% is paid up front, 50% paid upon the completion of the work.
Clients outside of Canada will be charged in CAD with an added 6% surcharge to account for international payment processing and credit card fees.
I accept payment via credit card internationally. If you are located in Canada I prefer to accept payments via Interac Direct Transfer.
